1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, installing, or using this App, you ("User") agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.

4. Use of Location Data

The App uses real-time and historical location data to provide features such as mapping duck blinds and sharing coordinates. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your location data for the purposes of providing and improving the App's functionality.

You may disable location services through your device settings, but doing so may limit the App's features.

5. User-Contributed Content

Users may submit duck blind locations, notes, photos, or other content ("User Content"). You grant the Developer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content for purposes related to the App.

You represent that your submitted content:

• Is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• Does not violate any laws or infringe any third-party rights;
• Is not proprietary, confidential, or otherwise restricted from public display.

6. Subscription Services

Some features of the App may be available only through a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected).
• Renewals: Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription will automatically renew under the same terms.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or at the sole discretion of the Developer.
• Price Changes: The Developer reserves the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified in advance of any changes, and continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose;
• Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data;
• Submit false or misleading information or locations;
• Post or transmit any content that is threatening, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

8. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including maps, code, and design, are owned by the Developer. This Agreement grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App solely for lawful and personal use.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." The Developer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the App, including but not limited to blind locations, map data, or hunting conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Virginia law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the App;
• Your violation of this Agreement;
• Your violation of any rights of another user or third party.

12. Termination

The Developer may suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violation of this Agreement or any applicable laws.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

14. Modifications

We may revise this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
